5. Convenience Stores/Hardware
Most convenience stores such as 7eleven and Ministops have Bicycle Cards, Flamingo Playing Cards, and some plastic cards. You can also check ACE hardware for these cards.
If you are a beginner at magic and cardistry looking for affordable playing cards, these cards are enough for both practice and performance... and for actual playing.
4. Divi Magic Shop
Not only you can find playing cards but also magic tools and props for every kind of magician (stage, close-up, mentalism, kids). This is where I buy most of my supplies when I have a gig coming up.
Watch out for their occasional live selling on Facebook!

3. Cards District
Cards District has a curated collection of decks of cards mainly for cardistry and collection. They even have decks that are rare to find or already out of print! Make sure to order one for your growing collection!

2. Trade/Swap within Magic and Cardistry Communities
Make sure to join online groups where you can have great finds on rare decks or decks that you have always wanted in a more negotiable price!

Honorable Mention:
*You can also find even more affordable playing cards from sari-sari store, bangketa, Japan surplus, ukay-ukay and public market. These are mainly plastic bridge sized cards which are okay for super beginners. If you are lucky, you will also be able to find some rare vintage cards! I once bought Bee Watermelons from a sari-sari store. The owner didn't even know the worth of those gems!
Runit Decks
I would say they have the most updated and biggest collections of playing cards in the Philippines. Here you can have the most updated collections of playing cards. They also sell magic items, books and DVDs.
They do their best in engaging the community through competitions, sales and other activities!
