Reflecting on my journey, I realize how each step has shaped me into who I am today. Here's a glimpse into the path I've walked so far:
16: A New Beginning in Dumaguete City
At just 16, I moved to Dumaguete City, filled with excitement and a bit of nervousness, to study Mass Communication. This was my first big step away from home, diving into a field that fueled my passion for storytelling and media.
18: South Korea Bound
By 18, my horizons expanded as I became an exchange student in South Korea. Living in a new country, experiencing a different culture, and making lifelong friends broadened my worldview in ways I never imagined.
20: A Scholar in the USA
At 20, I had the incredible opportunity to be a scholar in the USA through the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative. This experience not only enhanced my academic knowledge but also ignited my passion for leadership and community service.
21: The Metro Manila Move
At 21, I relocated to Metro Manila to begin my professional journey. The bustling city offered endless opportunities, and I was ready to embrace them all.
22: Joining the Media World
By 22, I was working with a media production company, diving into the exciting world behind the camera. Here, I honed my skills and contributed to producing content that entertained and informed.
23: Teaching English Online
At 23, I explored a different path as an online ESL teacher. Connecting with students from various backgrounds and helping them improve their English skills was incredibly rewarding.
24: Magic and Content Creation
At 24, I combined my love for magic and media, working as a freelance magician and content creator. This period was filled with creativity and the joy of bringing smiles to people's faces through magic and engaging content.
26: Voice Artistry Journey
At 26, I decided to refine my vocal talents by enrolling in a voice artistry program. This step allowed me to explore a new facet of communication and performance.
28: Joining an Environmental NGO
At 28, I joined Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Philippines, an NGO focused on environmental work. This role aligns with my passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the world.
Looking Ahead
Turning 30 next year, I am filled with gratitude for every experience and opportunity that has come my way. Each step, from Dumaguete to Metro Manila, South Korea to the USA, has taught me valuable lessons and inspired me to help others.
